This standard operating procedure describes a method for the detection and/or quantitation of mouse immunoglobulin in undefined preparations using an ELISA technique. This method is suitable for testing murine antibody preparations, and can be used for in-process testing of hybridoma secreted products in ascities fluid, tissue culture supernatants or in purified form.
