The purpose of this Guide is to provide a reference for use in the design of report forms and to suggest a practical format and terminology for presenting the information obtained from a typical photometric test. Figure 1 through Figure 9 are included for illustrative purposes only. The reporting agency may make adjustments in format, order, and detail to meet its particular needs; however, all required data must be included to comply with this Guide. Only test reports for typical indoor general lighting and wall-washing luminaires are discussed. The manner of reporting test data for outdoor luminaires or other specialized equipment is not covered. The subject matter of a photometric test report may be logically divided into the following three categories: general information, photometric data, and application
engineering data.
