This approved method is one of a continuing series of IESNA Approved Methods, which are written to further
greater uniformity in testing among various laboratories. It addresses life testing of fluorescent lamps operated on auxiliary devices designed and certified to meet lamp industry standards and tolerance. This approved method does not include single ended compact fluorescent lamps (see reference 1).
