On May 1, 2012 the Ontario Electrical Safety Code 25th Edition / 2012 will become effective. It will include 175 updates and revisions to the 22nd edition of the Canadian Electrical Code and contains 50 Ontario Amendments. This New Code includes amendments that reflect changes in technology, the need to harmonize Codes, electrical incidents data and reflects input from consultations with key stakeholders.
