Following work in European Project USINACTS, TC HF work and others: To review the current standards on human centred design approach (ISO 13407) and propose them as a recommendation for the design of telecommunications systems, terminals and services.?To review the state of the art in usability assessment techniques, summarizing all the new methods appeared since the publication of ETR 095, and update all the information in ETR 095. To provide directly usable material for the evaluation of a range of telecommunications services: for instance, questions which could be used in questionnaires, and which have been tested to be useful in different trials.
