The document specifies UPT specific management services with emphasis on the service management level, covering the functional areas: - tailoring, i.e. adapting UPT to the communications needs of the user - service profile management - interworking - charging for UPT services - provisioning of UPT services. It also contains a provisional Information Model to support further discussion and work on this item. The document will serve as a case study for the definition of specifications for IN according to the TMN principles.
