ETSI TS 124 244 specifies the procedures of the Wireless LAN control plane protocol (WLCP) for trusted WLAN access to EPC which is used between User Equipment (UE) and Trusted WLAN Access Gateway (TWAG) for multiconnection mode as specified in 3GPP TS 23.402 [2].

This document also defines the message format, information elements coding, error handling and system parameters applied by the WLCP protocol.
