ETSI TS 126 347 provides application methods and interfaces between an MBMS-aware application and the UE
MBMS Client to access 3GPP MBMS User services. The purpose of the document is the definition of enablers in order
to simplify the usage of MBMS in web-centric as well as app-based service environments.
The present document defines several APIs to access MBMS User Services and a URL to access resources available as
part of an MBMS User Service. The MBMS User Services are defined in TS 26.346 [5] and are not part of the present
document.
