The work includes the construction of a 10-foot by 14-foot small precast concrete equipment shelter including concrete foundation; electrical work and air-conditioner; installation of access driveway and parking area (fenced area) to include grading, subgrade compaction, and installation and compaction of fill material and surface course; grading and compaction of plot area; installation of facility grounding system and the construction and installation of appurtenances to the foregoing as specified and indicated by the drawings or required by the FAA standard specifications which are a part of this contract.
