The equipment specified herein is an rf and video analysis instrument to be utilized for monitoring, maintaining, and adjusting complex radar equipment being used by the Federal Aviation Agency in air traffic control. It is an integral instrument capable of both synchroscope and spectrum analyzer operation and provides a crt display of signal amplitude as a function of time (synchroscope operation) as well as of frequency (spectrum analyzer operation).
