The material defined by this specification is a trilaminate material consisting of a blow needled polyester fiber foundation pad, with polyurethane foam on one side and a polyester sheeting on the other side. The polyurethane foam is selectively die cut and stripped away to expose the pad, which is coated with a thermoplastic bonding resin in the areas to be bonded.
