1. SCOPE
The material defined by this specification is a nonmetallic basecoat of a basecoat/clearcoat system required to provide the best exterior quality nonmetallic finish. It consists of a physical drying basecoat with a thermosetting acrylic clear topcoat (e. g. SK-M32J9553-A), which are applied wet on wet and concurrently stoved. It shall be suitable for spray application.
