1. SCOPE:
The material desired under this specification consists of a severely hydrotreated, rerefined reclaimed oil (which may be blended with a severely solvent refined or severely hydrotreated virgin oil if required) compounded with hindered phenol anti-oxidant and suitable sulfonate based corrosion inhibitors. It excludes the use of zinc or phosphorus containing additives and includes some requirements appropriate to the use of reclaimed oil.
