1. SCOPE
The material defined by this specification is a moisture resistant synthetic resin bonded multi-ply deadener pad of low density based on cotton felt with an admixture of synthetic and woolen recycling fiber material and a heavy layer of bitumen/plastic base. Heavy layer and absorption material must be laminated by appropriate means.
