The materials described by this Manufacturing Standard are mineral oils of l o w viscosity, with surface-active additives and an increased corrosionprotection inhibitor content. Anti-fogging additives may be necessary on the basis of characteristics specific to any given plant. The materials shall contain no pigments or solid fillers or emulsifiers.
