1. SCOPE.

This standard gives dimensional, material and physical property requirements for flanged hexagon headed screws M5 -Ml6 inclusive with a special radial grooved underhead bearing surface.

1.1 REFERENCES. WSD-MlA292-B -Steel bolt, self-locking, for bolts with underhead self-locking features.   2. APPLICATION. These screws are designed to give a locking capability in selected applications. MATERIAL AND PHYSICAL PROPERTIES. The material and physical properties shall be as specified in WSD-MlA292-B.
