This specification describes the dimensional requirements for metric ports to be used with stud or plug ends per WM 200, ISO 6149-2, ISO 6149-3, and ISO 6149-4.

The port dimensions in this standard conform to ISO 6149-1 and SAE J2244/1 except:

• Angle tolerance for use with a plug which seats on the angled surface

• Drill depth increased to accommodate modified bottom tap in place of bottom tap

• Identification groove is not permitted

• Addition of M30 size per SAE J2244/1
