1. SCOPE
The material defined by this specification is an Epichlorohydrin Rubber O-Ring with good resistance to long-term Compressive Stress Relaxation. The material is resistant to fuel vapor and has a continuous operating temperature up to 125 °C and peak operating temperature up to 150 °C. The material has poor resistance to "Sour Gas" and should not be used where prolonged contact with liquid fuel is likely.
