1. SCOPE

The materials defined by these specifications are bulked continuous filament (BCF) nylon, cut pile carpets, tufted into a synthetic primary foundation. WSS-M3H110-B1 is then precoated. The precoated carpet is then laminated to a barrier material for improved fit and acoustical properties. WSS-M3H110-B2 is then laminated, with a polyethylene backcoating, to a synthetic secondary backing for improved rigidity and strength. WSS-M3H110-B3 is then coated with a latex backcoating.
