This specification defines the material performance requirements for the steering wheel "Class A" material. It does not address leather wrap, switches, or internal materials; they are beyond the scope of this specification and are addressed separately.

All appropriate suppliers will be listed together as a system on the "Approved Source List" (e.g. the molder, substrate supplier and paint supplier will be recorded as a system).
