GME GME 12505-1 PDF

The general specification GME 12505-1 defines the requirements, test conditions and the test procedures for functional, material and durability tests for all lamps and headlamps (hereafter referred to as "test sample"). In addition to these requirements, the test samples shall also meet the specifications of the countries where they will be used (particularly the ECE regulations and EC directives). Which specifications are to be used, is shown on the drawing. Further requirements for special designs are defined in additional parts to this General Specification:

Part 2: Interior lamps with integrated time delay electronic.

Part 3: Production specific deviations on privacy and highly glossed reflector surfaces and bezels.
