This Test Method describes color measurement, especially the conditions of testing and evaluation of paint masters and car bodies. Every measured paint master gets a labeling which guarantees the traceability to the individual color values. All paint masters are measured to support the visual discharge to minimize differences of color shades between the individual masters.

Note: Nothing in the specification supersedes applicable laws and regulations.

Note: In the event of a conflict between the English and the German language, the German language shall take precedence.
