Purpose. The purpose of this test is to determine that the fuse protection in every vehicle circuit is adequate.

Foreword. Every circuit in a vehicle is protected, electrically, by either a fuse or fused link. This test will verify that if a problem were to occur in a circuit that the only component to suffer damage would be the fuse. Also check that the damaged fuse is the correct one according to drawing.

Applicability. For all fuses used in a vehicle.
