1 Scope

This test specification defines the test conditions and the test procedures for functional, environmental and durability tests of electrical transmission devices (wiring harness, clock spring) used for Airbag-Systems. In addition to this part, wiring harness-clock spring for the Airbag-System, must together with the complete Airbag-System (GM1 12550, Part l), meet or exceed the legal requirements of all countries where it is used.
