This specification details the requirements of a PVC/ Epoxy based, paintable hem flange sealer (hem flange adhesive).
The material is used for sealing of hem flanges of doors, hoods and trunklids etc. and also as hem flange adhesive for aluminium hem flanges at body shop with additional precuring (inductive).
The hem flange sealer must be capable of being either manually or robotically applied at the body shop.
The material must be compatible with ELPO, primer surfacer and topcoat systems.
