Samples of components or material released to this specification shall be tested for conformity with the requirements of this specification and approved by Product Engineering Department prior to commencement of delivery of bulk suppiles.

In the event of any intentional deviations from the requirements of this specification, it is the sole responsibility of the supplier to inform the purchaser of all such deviations. Furthermore, the supplier shall submit unsolicited samples for reapproval by Product Engineering Department prior to commencement of delivery of deviant bulk supplies.
