Material Description
Material Types.
Group 1. Talc filled raw materials which have excellent heat resistance and dimensional stability and use low viscosity PA6 as the base.
Group 2. Talc filled raw materials which have excellent heat resistance and dimensional stability and use mid viscosity PA6 as the base.
Group 3. Talc filled raw materials which have excellent heat resistance and dimensional stability and use impact resistance PA6 as the base. Ex) Wheel cover, Hub cap.
Symbols. Material indication: > PA6-TD25 <. Detailed contents shall conform to the indication method of synthetic resin materials for vehicles. (Spec. No: GMW3116).
Typical Applications. This specification defines general requirements for raw materials of 25% talc filled polyamide 6 applied to interior or exterior parts of a vehicle.
