Material Description.

Material Types.

Type 1. Raw materials that reinforced with glass fiber and talc to be low occurrence of bending after forming, and have especially excellent heat resistance and dimensional stability. Ex) Engine Cover.

Symbols. Material indication: > PA6-(TD+GF) 20 <. Detailed contents shall conform to the indication method of synthetic resin materials for vehicles. (Spec. No: GMW3116).

Typical Applications. This specification defines general requirements for raw materials of 20% glass fiber and talc reinforced polyamide 6 applied to interior or exterior parts of a vehicle. Details for typical applications see paragraph 1.1.1.
