Purpose. This specification specifies the requirements of basic property for patterns and qualities of the needled fleece used for bolster of automotive carpets.
Material Description.
Type A. Needle fleece containing a mixture of jute and several fibers. For the intermediate layer, crepe paper, thin fleece, polyethylene foil (PE foil) or polyethylene polypropylene (PE/PP) mesh is used selectively.
Type B. Needle fleece containing a mixture of textile fibers and selectively-used jute. For the intermediate layer, thin foil or PE/PP mesh is used selectively and for top layer, thin fleece or polyurethane foam is used.
Typical Applications. Bolster of automotive carpet.
