This specification is applied to a gap or overlap areas, which are contacted between panel and panel such as wheel house or rear lamp housing etc. in body line, for watertight and rustproof of edge purposes. It can be applied only partially to the areas in body line which are difficult or impossible to apply the sealer after electro-deposition process of paint shop. If this is applied to the areas which endurance of vehicle has not yet been verified, there shall be applied after approval of responsible engineer.
PURPOSE
This specification specifies the general requirements of sealer used for wheel house in body line.
