Material Description. This specification is the general requirements of a epoxy type, pumpable, warm applied, one component, thermosetting sealer material, when applied to (and cured on) oily body panels, will reinforce the panels in order to prevent metal distortion.

Material Types. Not applicable.

General Descriptions.

Heat-curing type, it provides perfect adhesion when baking conditions in the painting line are met.

As solvent-free type, it is free from danger of ignition.

Materials without electrical conductivity (ED-Off type) shall be used.

Materials should be good adhesion against general and galvanized steel treated with rust preventative oil. The Materials should not cause rust on the sealer-spread surface.

Materials should be easily treated, and they shall not give out hazardous odor and toxic fumes which may do damage to human bodies in case of sealer-spreading work and drying work.

Typical Applications. This specification applies to the body panel reinforcement sealer that is applied on the outer panel for reinforcement and is possible to robot process.
