Material Description

Pearl mica colors of 3C1B top coat consists of color base coating (resin: polyester or acrylic) for color pigment, mica base coating (resin: polyester or acrylic) for pearl mica, pearl clear coating (mixture paints of pearl mica and clear) for gloss and pearl mica, and clear coat coating for gloss. Pearl mica colors of 3C1B top coat permit automatic application by the electrostatic BELL machine and manual application with a general air spray gun.

Each coating that builds 3C1B film shall be secured for compatibility between layers of wet film and between layers of dry film.
