Procedures of this test can be applied to all vehicles equipped with the manual transmission.
PURPOSE
This standard aims at testing 1) GEAR inside of the manual transmission, 2) OIL circulation of BEARING, SYNCHRO PARTS, and SEAL, and 3) their lubrication.
External oil lubrication test Procedures of this test are prepared to check if OIL well-flows inside of T/M, that is to check if OIL well-circulates revolving parts and all moving parts.
Internal oil flow test Procedures of this test are prepared to check internal oil flow of SYNCHRO PARTS, SEAL, and BEARING.
