Purpose. This test specification specifies the requirements, the test conditions and the test methods of check valves which are used in the underpressure system of brake systems in motor vehicles.

Applicability. Not applicable.

Note. Samples of materials or parts that follow this standard shall be approved by GMDAT Technical Center before mass production & delivery. In the event of any modification form this standard, it is the sole responsibility of the supplier to inform the purchaser of all such modifications. Furthermore, the supplier shall submit the modified sample for reapproval by GMDAT Technical Center before mass production & delivery.
