Purpose. This standard aims at regulating the durability test procedure for spring & bumper of steering column to improve the efficiency and the credibility of test work.
Applicability. This standard shall be applied only to the upper tilting type for durability test for spring and bumper of tiltable steering column. For lower tilting type, refer to other standards.
