This standard applies to verification of fatigue durability of the engine mount by measuring the load data in driving on the proving ground and then simulating in the lab the signals applied to bracket engine mount, RHS & bracket-reaction, upper & engine mount-RHS & rod A-reaction, upper in the "vehicle longitudinal direction" and "vehicle vertical direction" according to the durability schedule.
PURPOSE
This standard aims at specifying the procedures of verifying fatigue durability of the RHS for the 4 point engine mount.
