This standard applies to evaluation of all audio and A/V systems, both currently in use and to be used in the future, in the vehicle.
PURPOSE
This standard aims at specifying the method of rating noise of the vehicle audio system which comes from various electric parts by evaluating sound quality of the audio system and A/V system in the GMDAT vehicles, thus enhancing the quality level to more than meet various consumer requirements.
