Purpose. The purpose of this test is to define required properties, conditions and test items of diesel particulate filter (DPF) hose to establish standard for this part and to endure endurance quality over ten years/ 100,000 miles.
Applicability. This standard shall apply to DPF hoses applied to all diesel engines of GMDAT.
