Purpose. This standard aims at specifying test procedures and requirements for temperature resistance test of the plastic brake fluid reservoir where brake fluid is stored.
Applicability. This standard specifies methods of measuring leakage of brake fluid from the reservoir and harmful change of the reservoir after the test sample is subject to specified temperature for a specified time.
