목 적

본 시험 방법은 생산 공정과 유사한 조건하에서 도어 및 루프에 적용되는 데드너 패드의 용융성 (FUSABILITY)을 평가하기 위해 사용되며, 가열조건에 따라 다음의 2가지 방법으로 나뉜다,

방법 A : 석영 요오드 램프를 이용한 "라이트 빔(LIGHT BEAM)" 방식의 오븐을 이용하여 용융

방법 B : 적외선 대류 방식의 오븐을 이용하여 용융

주: 목표 온도는 용융 과정 중 데드너 패드와 시험판 사이에서 측정된 온도임.
