This standard applies to verification of the degree of defects in development of the electro-deposition material and pre-conditioning agent resulting from correlation between the two materials.

PURPOSE

This standard aims at specifying the method of verifying the degree of defects of the electro-deposition coating resulting from pollution of the pre-conditioned base material which in turn is caused by incomplete removal of the pre-conditioning agent in the primer coating process.
