Electro-deposition painting is used to ensure rustproof performance of base metals. This test is to evaluate painting performance of the edge, which is a major characteristic of electro-deposition painting. Especially in new electro-deposition paint development, sufficient consideration shall be given to it. This standard specifies the method of a laboratory test in which the blade is used.
PURPOSE
This standard aims at specifying the method of verifying the rustproof performance of the base material cut edge in the development of electro-deposition paint, which is used for electro-deposition painting.
