1 SCOPE.
This specification covers the requirements for an air dry, sandable, solvent-borne, final line repair primer surfacer that is applied by spraying and is subsequently topcoated with acrylic lacquer color coat. The repair surfacer is intended to be used in cut through areas where imperfections require a heavy, easily sanded tilling material. It is intended to provide a smooth, adhesion promoting, corrosion resistant coating over previously applied primers or topcoats.
