This specification covers a moisture curable, cold pumpable, polyurethane adhesive. This material is intended for use in a composite headliner system to adhere a structural headliner membrane to the roof outer panel.
This material shall be capable of being dispensed through standard pumping equipment, providing excellent adhesion to structural headliner materials and phosphate and ELPO coated steel, and resist temperatures up to 121OC.
