This specification represents a modification of the previously approved adhesive 9986067. The current material provides a more aggressive link up to clear coat films during low humidity conditions which some production plants experience during the winter months. This specification covers the minimum requirements of a one-part, room temperature applied, polyurethane adhesive material. This material is intended for stationary glass, bonding systems. The material is designed as a body primerless (pinchweld flange) urethane for use on specific basecoat/clearcoat paint systems. It can also be used with pinchweld primer to the specific paint systems.

This material must meet the minimum requirements of the system performance specifications listed below. All substrates, chemistries, and performance requirements specific to the intended application should be agreed upon, and fully complied with, prior to full engineering release.

This system must be capable of being dispensed with current production equipment. It shall be compatible with production equipment.
