1 SCOPE
This specification covers the requirement for a thermosctting, wet sandable, high solids, solvent-borne primer surfacer It is applied by spraying and may be subscquently topcoated with acrylic lacquer color coat. The primer .smfacer is intended to provide a smooth, adhesion promoting coating over previously applied primers such as cathodic Ecoat. These coated SurEaas have additional rcquircmcnts set forth in the specifications for subsequent coatings.
