This specification covers the rquirements for materials which are designed to be applied to solder and silicon bronze joints after the ELPC bake oven. This process helps fill in disk, tile and score marks which contribute to poor quality and appearance. These materials must be sandable and compatible with BC/CC paint systems WITHOUT primer surfacer. If the paint system uses primer surfacer, then 9984075 is the appropriate knife glaxe to use.
