1 SCOPE.

This specification covers the requirements for a jet black acrylic ELPO for use on applied parts. This ELPO was developed to be used with a top coat for exterior applications or without a top coat for interior applications. The ELPO has been specially pigmented to produce a weatherable 80 gloss black finish when top coated with an approved clear top coat.
