1 SCOPE.

This spccikation details the requirements of a moldable rigid paint system applied to polyethylene terephthalate glycol carrier films (called painted facesheets). These painted facesheets are then processed into exterior small parts via a 2 step process. The tirst step is thermofoxming the panted facesheet into a painted insert. The painted insert is then placed into the female half of a mold and plastic is injection molded behind it to form a painted part.
