This specification covers the requirements for a lower body chip resistant powder primer used as augmentation to primer surfacer. It is intended for use on lower areas of the body, such as the rocker panels to provide superior heavy duty protection in areas prone to excessive chipping. This chip resistant powder primer is intended to be applied over cathodic E-coat It is subsequently coated with primer surfacer.
